Join Our Sunday Team and Help Build a Hunger-Free Community
What if your Sunday afternoon could change someone’s entire week? At Urban Food Alliance, we believe that ending hunger begins with small, consistent acts of compassion. That’s why our Sunday Food Distribution Program is about more than meals—it’s about showing up for people when it matters most.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Princeton, NJ, Urban Food Alliance is committed to supporting families and individuals in the Trenton community through food access and outreach. We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with our Sunday deliveries from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Volunteers play a vital role in loading and unloading food from our trucks and delivering items to local food pantries and soup kitchens. It's hands-on, impactful work that connects you directly with the people we serve.
By volunteering, you’re not only helping to fight food insecurity—you’re becoming part of a movement for equity and empathy. It’s a powerful opportunity to make a difference, learn more about the community, and form meaningful relationships through service.
