Be a Sunday Hero: Volunteer to Fight Hunger in Your Community
Every week, countless families in our community face the harsh reality of food insecurity. At Urban Food Alliance, we’re committed to changing that—one grocery delivery at a time. Our mission is to bring food, dignity, and hope to the doorsteps of those who need it most, and you can be part of that mission.
Located in Princeton, NJ, Urban Food Alliance is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to uplift communities in and around Trenton. Through our Sunday Food Distribution Program, we deliver fresh groceries and meals directly to local food pantries and soup kitchens—and we’re looking for compassionate volunteers to help make it happen.
Join us every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM as we load trucks, deliver essential food items, and connect with communities in meaningful ways. Volunteering with us means more than just lending a hand—it’s about showing up for others and creating a ripple of kindness that can last a lifetime.
Whether you're a student, a professional, a family, or simply someone who wants to give back, your time and energy can make a real difference.
